We value our customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receipt of the item. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied at the discretion of WickedMotor Inc.
Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
Returned items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition in their original packaging.
All returns must first be authorized and approved by WickedMotor Inc and require an RMA return authorization number.
Customer must pay for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be received 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Please insure returned items are properly packaged for shipping.
Warranty / Liability
All products sold by Go Tuning Unlimited are sold "as is" to the customer. All products sold by Go Tuning Unlimited are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. WickedMotor Inc is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. WickedMotor Inc will not be responsible for the customers’ actions.
Orders / Payment
All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Cash, Bank Cashier Check, or USPS Money Order. A 9.75% sales tax will be applied for all sales within California. Orders will only be shipped to credit card billing addresses or secondary shipping address listed on the credit card.
International orders must be paid by direct bank wire transfer only. International customers are required to pay all bank fees associated with transactions. International customers are also responsible for all fees, duties, and/or taxes applied by their respective countries.
WickedMotor Inc will contact you by phone and/or e-mail if an item you ordered is currently not available or backordered. We will obtain your approval if you wish to keep an item on backorder or if you wish to cancel your order. We ship backordered items immediately when they become available.
